The remains of Mrs. J.M. O'Brien, a former well known resident of Harpers Ferry, who died at her home in Hastings, Minn., early last week were brought her for burial, Friday, accompanied by the husband, two sons, John and Frank, the former District Supt of the Great Northern R.R. at Grand Forks, N.D., and one daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Hogan, who keeps house for her father. Burial was direct from the train to Paint Rock cemetery, Frank Melaven of Chicago, a brother of the deceased and Mrs. Dan Sullivan, sister, and Mrs. M. Rfan, of Dubuque, also met the body at Harpers. We are expecting a fitting obituary for this good woman for next week.
