Thomas Ward, one of the old residents of French Creek township, died at 4 a.m. Sunday morning. Death was caused by heart trouble, from which he had suffered for some time.

He leaves a wife and large family of children. The funeral was held yesterday, burial taking place in Lycurgus cemetery.
