Waukon, Ia. - Mrs. Martha Knopf, 74, of Waukon and formerly of Lansing, Ia., died Friday night at Lassan Nursing Home in Waukon.

Funeral services are tentatively set for Tuesday at the Immaculate Conception Church, Lansing, with burial in Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call at the Burke Funeral Home, Lansing, where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Monday.

Surviving are two sons, Clarence, Lansing, and Charles, Sparta, Wis.; five daughters, Sister Mary Germaine, Waterloo, Ia., Miss Marie Knopf, Volga City, Ia., Miss Dorothy Knopf, Calmar, Ia., and Eleanor and Beatrice, both living in California.
