Died, at the residence of her son, Francis Dunlevy, July 9th, 1874, Jane Dunlevy, aged 87 years.

The deceased, a native of Donegal, Ireland, emigrated to this country some 35 years ago, and for the last 18 years a resident of this county.

She was, through her children and grandchildren, well and favorably known throughout the county and was accompanied to her last resting place by one of the largest processions ever seen on the Lansing Ridge, which is evidence of the esteem in which the venerable lady and her family were held by the community.

She died of old age surrounded by a host of friends, who left nothing undone which would tend to her happiness, and conscious of a well spent life she expired, feeling that Heaven was open to receive her. Rev. Father McGowan performed the burial ceremonies.
