Informed of Death
Relatives received word on Friday of the death of Howard Bulman, 63, at a hospital in San Antonio, Texas, where he had been hospitalized for only a day or so, but had been in ill health for some time. Funeral services were held at San Antonio on Tuesday with burial there.
Howard Bulman was born near New Galena, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jay Bulman. He grew up in that area and was married in June 1930 to Irene Wild. They lived in this area, later making their residence in Waterloo and have lived in Texas for the past four years.
He is survived by his wife, sons Lionel Bulman of San Antonio; and Burnell Bulman of Annahiem,[sic] Calif.; a daughter Sandra, Mrs. Ted Novascones of San Francisco, Calif.; six grandchildren; two sisters, Carrie, Mrs. Ridge Martin, Rockwell, Wis.; Grace, Mrs. Edwin Wenig, Dorchester and a brother Gene Bulman, Kansas City, Kansas.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Roy Akers Funeral Chapels for Howard J. Bulman, 64, of 138 Starns, who died Friday. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Irene Wild Bulman; sons, Lionel H. Bulman, San Antonio, Burnell G. Bulman, Los Angeles, Calif.; daughter, Mrs. Sandra Novascone, San Francisco, Calif.; one brother, two sisters, nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
