Funeral services were held Friday, Jan. 24, 1975 at 1:30 p.m. for Mrs. Ralph E. (Rosetta E.) Anderson, 59, of Waukon, who died at her home Jan. 21. The Rev. William Tjaden conducted the services in Martin funeral home and burial was in Phelps cemetery in Decorah. Charles Pettingill, Bernard Snitker, Jack Martindale, Robert Shattuck, Mike Douglass and John Clauson were pallbearers.

Rosetta Livingood was born Oct. 7, 1916 in Waukon and was a daughter of Burton and Ella Rolfs Livingood. She attended the local schools and Jan. 5, 1939 married Ralph E. Anderson in Cedar Rapids. He died in 1954.

Survivors are a son Ralph of Charles City, one grandchild and four sisters, Mrs. Hazel Goeke and Mrs. Viola Douglass of Waukon, Mrs. Katheryn Shattuck of Marion and Mrs. Virginia Cottrell of Long Beach, Calif. A daughter Carol preceded her in death.
