VELDER L. ARNDT

1917-1977

Nora Springs: Funeral services for Velder L. Arndt, 59, who died Tuesday at home will be 1:30 P.M. Friday at Patterson James Sellergren Funeral Chapel, Mason City. The Rev. Herman Senft, pastor of St. Luke Lutheran Church, Nora Springs, will officiate and burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation is Thursday afternoon at the Funeral Chapel.

Mr. Arndt, a farmer, is survived by his wife, Doris; his mother, Mrs. Clara Arndt, Nora Springs; three daughters, Mrs. James (Gloria) Paulson, Mason City, Mrs. Roy (Cheryl) Alden, Nora Springs and Tammie at home; two sons, Robert of Rockwell and David of Mason City; a sister Mrs. George (Clara) Smith, Rockford; five brothers, Delbert and Roger, Mason City, John and Robert, Minneapolis, Minn., Darrell, St Cloud, Minn. and 10 grandchildren.
