Funeral services for A.D. Larson, 75, who died after a lingering illness, will be conducted Sunday in Waukon with burial in Oakland cemetery. Services were conducted here Saturday in Vinton, Ia., by the Rev. William Caldwell at the Fry-Holland chapel. Born in Allamakee county, he was married on Oct, (?), 189(?) at Waukon to Mary Louise Todd, and they farmed near there until 1913. Before coming to Vinton, Mr. Larson served as sheriff of Allamakee county for four years. He was a member of the Presbyterian church, Knights of Pythia and the Modern Woodman Lodge. Mrs. Larson; two girls reared in their home, Mrs. Julia Miner of Chicago, and (?)oya oof New York City, and a brother, A.C. Larson of Waukon, survive.
