EDWIN M. GROTEGUT

WATERLOO -- Edwin M. Grotegut, 55, died of a heart attack at his home at 10:15 Sunday. He was born November 12, 1911 at Decorah. He married Adaline Luebka November 17, 1938 at Postville. They lived in Postville until 17 years ago when they moved to Waterloo. He was an employee of the Construction Machinery Corp. for 17 years. He was a member of the First Lutheran church, Waterloo. Survivors include his widow; a son Stanley, at home and a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Dianne) Pownell, Waterloo.

Notes: Edwin was the son of Emma Grotegut. She was the daughter of Frederick Grotegut and Wilhelmina Henrietta Stock. Edwin's wife Adaline died December 30 of 1983 or 1984. She was the daughter of Carl H. Luebka and Anna Ehde.
