Special Dispatch to the Dubuque Times
LANSING, IOWA, May 20

A little twelve year old son of Mr. Otis, while playing in his father’s flouring mill, on Saturday afternoon, caught his arm in one of the wheels, and before help come he was carried several times round on the wheel. Both legs and one arm were broken. He died from the effects of his injuries on Sunday night.
