Mrs. J. D. (A. E. Pettit) KOONTZ 1859-1888

At the residence of her father, John Pettit, Jefferson Township, May 19th 1888 of consumption, Mrs. A. E. Koontz, aged 28 years, 11 months, and 5 days. She was born in this county June 14th, 1859, and was married to Mr. J. D. Koontz, Dec. 19, 1877. She was a woman loved and respected for many good qualities and leaves a large circle of relatives and friends to mourn her loss. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. D. Gold, of the Presbyterian church.
