Delmar Reincke Dies Nov. 6

Delmar A. Reincke, 76, of 1403 4th St. NW, Cedar Rapids, a former Postville resident, died Nov. 6, 1980 at a Cedar Rapids hospital following a brief illness.

Born Aug. 30, 1904 at Postville, he was married to Iva White July 7, 1926 at Waukon. After moving to Cedar Rapids Mr. Reincke was an employee of Hubbard Ice and Fuel for 10 years and of Armstong's Department Store for 10 years before retiring. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife, is a daughter, Betty Gallagher, Cedar Rapids; a son, Cletus A. Reincke, Redondo Beach, California; a sister, Mrs. Fred (Dorothy) Groth; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Services were held Monday, Nov. 10 at Turner Chapel West by the Rev. Richard Thompson of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Note: he was the son of Charles F. and Bertha (Pearson) Reincke.
