Services for Darlene K. Roberts, 60, Waterloo, were held Wednesday, Feb 10, 2 p.m. at Kearn's, Huisman, Schumacher Chapel with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Waterloo.

Darlene Roberts died Feb. 6, 1988 at Covenant Medical Center of cancer.

She was born July 10, 1927, daughter of Walter C. and Anna Schroeder Ruckdaschel.

She married James D. Roberts June 9, 1956.

Survivors include her husband, 2 sons, Ernie Heins, Oelwein, Gary Heins, Postville; 3 daughters, Lynette Kroells, Rexanne and Rochelle Roberts, a granddaughter and several grandchildren by a previous marriage.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, Leo, Luvern and Lyle.

Memorials may be sent to Guthrie Sangha Cancer Center, in care of Covenant Medical Center.
