Waukon, Ia- Mrs. Minnie Stock, 88, of Waukon died Wednesday at Northgate Manor here. She was the widow of Ed Stock, who died in 1967.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, rural Waukon, with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Martin Funeral Home here.

Surviving are two sons, Leonard and Robert O., and a daughter, Mrs. Reuben Hansmeier, all of Waukon. 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Paul Fiet of Waukon and Walter Fiet of Postville, Ia., and a sister, Mrs. George (Martha) Winke of Waukon.

FINAL RITES FOR MRS. EDWARD STOCK
Funeral services were held Friday, Jan. 10 at 1:30 p.m. from Bethlehem Presbyterian church for Mrs. Edward (Minnie) Stock, 88, who died Wednesday, Jan. 8. in Northgate Manor. The Rev. Edwin Hancock was the officiating minister and burial was in the church cemetery. Don Patterson, a student, assisted in the service. Martin funeral home was in charge of arrangements. Clifton Christianson, Gene Johnson, Robert and Richard Hansmeier, Daniel Schlitter and James Stock were pallbearers.

Minnie Fiet was born July 5, 1886 in Allamakee county, and was a daughter of Conrad and Caroline Flage Fiet.

She attended the local schools and Oct. 12, 1905 married Edward Stock in Allamakee county. He died in 1967.

Survivors are two sons, Leonard and Robert O. Stock, and a daughter Mrs. Reuben (Gertrude) Hansmeier, all of Waukon. A daughter died in infancy and two sisters, Mary and Lydia, and three brothers, John, Ed, and Albert, also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Stock was a life-long member of Bethlehem Presbyterian church and was the church organist for 42 years.
