Darlene Lois (Ishman) Schultz

Services were held Wednesday, January 2, 1974 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Postville, for Mrs. Donald A. Schultz, who died December 31, 1974 at the Lutheran Hospital LaCrosse, Wisconsin following a sudden illness at her home. The Rev. Norman Ullestad officiated.

Darlene Lois Ishman Schultz, the daughter of William Henry Ishman and Mable Wentworth was born August 12, 1928 in Fayette County, Iowa. She was baptized and confirmed in St. Paul Lutheran Church, Postville by the Rev. Frederick Ludwig and remained a member there.

On August 16, 1946 she was married to Donald Allen Schultz of Postville and to this union three children were born.

Survivors include her husband, Donald, her three children, Mrs. Jimmie (Sandra) Wilson of Omaha, Jody Lou and Doran at home, one grandchild, her mother, Mrs. Mabel Cameron of Cresco, a sister, Mrs. Joyce Burt of Cresco, two brothers, Donald of Lime Springs and Dale of Elkader.

She was preceded in death by her father and a brother Eldon.

Interment was in the Postville Cemetery.
