Westport, July 15, 1872 - On Thursday, the 4th inst., the telegraph brought to us the sad news of the sudden death of Marsha, wife of Solon Finney, of Postville, Iowa, and youngest daughter of Col. Samuel Root and wife. Last Monday afternoon, contrary to all expectations, Mr. Finney arrived here with the remains of his wife to be buried here among her relatives and friends.
