Joan Marie Troendle, 63, of 3121 Emeral Ave, SE, died Sunday, Jan 16, 2000, in her home after any extended illness. Services: 10a.m. Wednesday, Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, by the Rev. Karl Glovik, Burial: Mount Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Stewart Funeral Home, where a rosary begins at 6:30p.m.
Survivors include her husband E. Michael Troendle; a son Steve and wife Chris of Swisher, four daughters and their husbands, Kim and John Kulish of Toddville, Juli and Chris Reed of Everett, Wash, Terri and Dave Crissinger of Gilbert, Az, and Traci and Kevin Freeburg of Omaha Hammel of Cedar Rapids; and 12 grandchildren.

Joan was born Oct. 12 1936, in Spring Grove, Mn. and the daughter of Joseph and Rose Duffy Schulte. She married E. Michael Troendle in 1954 in Waukon, Iowa. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Joan was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a friend to many. She will be greatly missed. We love you.
