Cherrie Ruth Beisker, age 88, of Waterloo, Iowa died Monday, April 10, 2017 at Country View Care Facility in Waterloo. Services were held on Monday, April 17 at Country View Care Center with burial in Waterloo Cemetery.

Cherrie was born September 3, 1928 in Postville, Iowa to William and Ruth (Stockman) Beisker. She was a CNA in Sherman, Texas until her retirement. She is survived by her sister, Daisy Atwood of Sherman, Texas and numerous first and second cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Francis Beisker and William Beisker.
