Lansing, Ia.- A former Lansing resident, James Gilroy, 77, died at Lewiston, Idaho, Saturday from injuries suffered in a car accident the preceding day. He was born here, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Gilroy, and was married here to Annabell Murphy of Wexford.

Survivors include his wife and five sisters, Mrs. Ole Jacobson of Canada; Mrs. Frank Verdon of Portland, Ore.; Mrs. Mary Hammel and Mrs. Fred Hoyt in California; and Mrs. D. D. Guilfeil of Chicago.
