Waukon, Ia. - Funeral services for Delbert Bowen 59, were held Saturday afternoon at the family home near Waukon Junction with burial in the family lot in Spaulding Cemetery.

Mr. Bowen died Thursday following a several weeks' illness.

A son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Bowen, he was born June 16, 1878, in Fairview Township. He farmed all his life.

Survivors include his widow, the former Rose Beutler; two sisters Mrs. Lehta Bennett and Mrs. N.J. Schmidt, both of that vicinity; and a brother, Frank of Milwaukee.
