Waterville- Funeral Services were held here Thursday afternoon at the Lutheran Church for Louis L. Larson, 76, who died suddenly at his home Tuesday.

The Rev. R. H. Wareberg, pastor, officiated. Burial was in the Waterville Cemetery.

Mr. Larson was born at Highland Prairie, Minn., and when a small boy he came with his parents to Allamakee County, settling at Waterville. He was married to Mattie Anderson of Waterville, who survives with five of the 11 children. They are: Mrs. Laura Redo of Muscoda, Wis., Melvin of Alabama, Ingvold at home, Clarence of Monona, and Mrs. Bertha Ray of Detroit, Mich.

Other survivors include five brothers: Paul of Waukon, Elward of Aledo, Ill., Jacob of Boise, Ida., Henry of Milwaukee, and Charles of Waterville; and four sisters, Mrs. Julia Monserud of Bryson, S.D., Mrs. Louise Hulger and Mrs. Christine Westby, both of Independence, and Mrs. Oscar Asleson of Minneapolis.
