Waukon- James R. Jeglum, 78, a retired farmer, died Sunday at the Good Samaritan Home.

Surviving are his wife, Emeline; a son, Boyd of Waterville; two grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Theodore Anderson and Mrs. Lloyd Bruce, both of Postville.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Old East Paint Creek Lutheran Church. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at Martin's, where there will be a prayer service at 8:30 p.m.
