Any Dorothy Rice, 85, formerly of New Albin, died Friday, Dec. 12, in a La Crosse, WI, hospital.

She was born Sept. 6, 1890, in Jefferson (Houston County, MN), to Emret and Catherine (Gantenbein) Rice.

Survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Violet French and Kathryn Rice, both of Wausau, WI, and Mrs. Eva Copland of New Albin.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the New Albin Funeral Chapel, with burial in New Albin Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral chapel from 3 to 5 p.m., and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.

Burke-Thornburg Funeral Home, Lansing, is in charge of arrangements.
