Mary Catherine Crowley, 76, formerly of New Albin, died in an Eau Claire, WI, nursing home Aug. 2, 1994.

She was born Oct. 29, 1917, in Hanover, IA, to James and Celia (Fitzgerald) O'Meara.

Mary is survived by three daughters, Joan Crowley of Eau Claire, Marilyn Hamilton of Tuscola, IL, and Mary McNelie of Fairbault, MN; three sons, James Crowley of Elk Grove, CA, Pat Crowley of Phoenix, AZ, and Mike Crowley of Des Moines; one sister, Justine O'Malley of McHenry, IL; 15 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband.

Funeral services were Aug. 5, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, New Albin, with Fr. Henry Charipar officiating. Burial was in St. Joseph's Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Donald Cieslak, Douglas Cieslak, Patrick Cieslak, Michael Crowley, Jeff O'Malley and Paul O'Malley.

Burke-Thornburg Funeral Home, Lansing, was in charge of arrangements.
