Alvin W. Crowley, 63, of New Albin, died May 26, in a La Crosse, WI, hospital.
He was an instrument maker for an Illinois tractor firm before his retirement in 1970.
Crowley married Mary C. O'Meara on June 15, 1936, in La Crosse.
Survivors include his widow; three sons, James in the Army in Alexandria, VA, Pat of Middlesex, NJ, and Mike of Hokah, MN; three daughters, Mrs. Donald (Joan) Ciaslak of Eau Claire, WI, Mrs. James (Marilyn) Ray of Newman, IL, and Mary at home; his mother; one brother, John of New Albin; two sisters, Mrs. Curt (Irene) Gustad of La Crosse, and Mrs. Bert (Geneva) Allwood of Colorado Springs, CO; and 12 grandchildren.
The funeral will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, New Albin. Rev. Linus Rasing will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at the New Albin Funeral Chapel today after 3 p.m. A scripture service will be held there at 8 p.m. today. Burke-Thornburg Funeral Home, Lansing, is in charge of arrangements.
