Funeral services were held for Elmer Boltz on Wednesday, June 20, 1984, at the New Hartford Methodist Church. The Rev. Willis Grant officiated and burial was in the Beaver Grove Cemetery, New Hartford, IA.

Elmer was born Jan. 15, 1927, near New Albin, the son of Theodore and Louise (Meyer) Boltz. He married Sara Marter on May 6, 1947, in Waterloo.

Elmer died Sunday morning, June 17, 1984, at Sartori Hospital at the age of 57 years.

He is survived by his wife, Sara, of New Hartford; one daughter, Mrs. Clyde (Linda) Luck, New Hartford; two grandchildren, Clyde Jr. and Michele; three brothers, Walter Boltz of Sumner, Lester Boltz of Waterloo, and Floyd Boltz in Helena, MT.

Casket bearers were Marvin Williams, Lester Williams, Irwin Boldwin, Herb Beckwith, Ray Ackerson and John Lange. The flag holders were Ed Colsch and Thom
