Postville: Funeral services for Mrs. John Moetsch, 74, were held Tuesday afternoon at St. Paul's Lutheran church, conducted by R. B. Garten.

Mrs. Moetsch was born in Clayton, Iowa, Feb. 24, 1861. She was found dead in bed Saturday about midnight by her husband when he returned from a meeting at Turner hall across the street from their home.

She had been a resident of Postville for about 30 years. Surviving are the husband and three grandchildren. A daughter died Aug. 18, 1916.
