Waukon- Carl E. Williams, 66, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 1997, in his home after a sudden illness. Services: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Martin Funeral Home, Waukon, by the Rev. Steve Campbell. Burial: Oakland Cemetery, with graveside military rites. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Survivors include a daughter, Deborah Colsch of Monona.
