Mrs. Harry (Pearl) Lenz, 80, New Albin, died Thursday, Nov. 17, 1977, in a La Crosse, Wis., hospital.

She was born Oct. 27, 1897, at New Albin to Ben and Minnie (Liebe) Pohlman. She was a 1921 graduate of St. Francis School of Nursing, La Crosse, and worked at St. Francis Hospital for nine years.

She married Harry Lenz on Sept. 2, 1930, and they farmed near Lansing and later at Mabel, Minn., until they retired and moved to New Albin in 1964.

Survivors are his husband; a son, John of Scottsdale, Ariz.; a daughter, Mrs. Earl (Charlene) Garrett of Lansing; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Three brothers preceded her in death.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the United Methodist Church, New Albin, with the Rev. John Hall officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Lansing.

Friends may call at the New Albin Chapel this afternoon and evening, and at the church Saturday from noon until the services.

Potter-Haugen Funeral Home, Caledonia, Minn., is in charge of arrangements.
