Funeral services were held Wednesday, Feb. 20, 1974, at 1:30 p.m. from United Church of Christ in New Albin for Theodore Boltz, 80, of New Albin, who died Feb. 16, in Veterans Memorial Hospital, Waukon.

He was born June 17, 1893 in New Albin and was a son of Peter and Mary (Temple) Boltz. His occupation was farming until his retirement.

Survivors are four sons, Walter, Elmer and Lester of Waterloo, and Floyd of Lolo, Mont., 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

The Rev. Clyde Lee officiated at the services and burial was in the New Albin cemetery. Burke-Thornburg of Lansing was in charge of arrangements.
