Waukon- John "Bud" Campbell, 77, died Friday, March 26, 1999, in Veterans Memorial Hospital, Waukon, after a brief illness. Services: 11 a.m. Monday, St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Waukon. Burial: Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Waukon. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the church, where there will be a Scripture service at 4 p.m.

Survivors include his spouse, Helen; two daughters, Sharon Campbell and Linda Hoffman, both of Cedar Rapids; two sons, Gary Campbell of Downing, Mo., and John Campbell of Bettendorf; four sisters, Mary Goltz and Essie Campbell, both of Waukon, Barbara Magner of Cedar Rapids, and Margaret Corneilson of Hopkins, Minn.; and four brothers, Father Tom Campbell of Hinesville, Ga., Jim Campbell of Waukon, Charles Campbell of North Liberty and Paul Campbell of Belton, Mo.
