Monona — Funeral services for Roy Pixler, 58, who died Wednesday in his home at Monona, will be Saturday afternoon at Postville; death came after a prolonged illness; born near Postville, in Grand Meadow township in Clayton county; attended grade and high school at Postville; was a farmer near Postville for several years until his retirement in 1943, when he moved to Monona; leaves widow; a son, Glen, and daughter, Verla, all of Postville; three brothers, Gerald, Prairie du Chien, Wis.; George, Dubuque, and Ralph, West Union.
