DEATH.-- News reached her on Saturday of the death the day before of Mr. Charles Schierholz, of Saint Louis, who removed from Lansing in 1868, and who for a number of years before had been a member of the firm of Nielander, Schierholz & Co. His age was about sixty years. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. L.M. Bockfinger, two sisters, Mrs. Nielander and Mrs. Brockhausen, and a brother, Herman, all of whom reside here. Mr. and Mrs. Nielander and Mrs. Bockfinger attended the funeral in Saint Louis.
