DEATH-- Two weeks ago one of the Appel boys, of Village Creek, employed by Chas. Weber, of this township, was taken down with typhoid fever and Mr. Weber was himself attacked with the disease and died on Sunday. He was twenty-nine years of age and leaves a wife but no children.

He was a hard-working man and had to be thus cut down in the very zenith of his youth, is a severe blow to his surviving relatives.

He leaves father and mother, and two sisters, Mrs. Aug. Doehler, of Village Creek, and Mrs. Wm. Nopper, this city.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday conducted by Father Norton, of Lycurgus, in the absence of Father Haxmeier.
