DIED.- At the home of his parents in Center township, Nov. 30th, 1891, after three weeks illness, Otto Osea Erickson, aged 18 years, 8 months and 23 days.

Deceased was a son of C. J. and W. C. Erickson, born March 7th, 1878. In May 1890 Otto accepted Jesus as his Lord and Saviour, and lived ever since a true, consistent Christian life and passed away very peacefully on Nov. 30th.

It can be truthfully said that to him death had lost its sting and terror. He never feared or doubted but completely trusted in his Lord. Yes, to him “Death is swallowed up in victory.”

The funeral services were held at the Swedish Baptist church on Saturday, Dec. 5th, conducted by his Pastor, Rev. C. F. Lindberg.
