Arthur August William Deidreich Meyer, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Meyer, was born Jan. 28, 1888, and died at the home of his brother William near Castalia, on Friday, Oct. 25, 1907, aged 19 years, 9 months and two days, death resulting from heart failure. He was confirmed in the Lutheran church March 23, 1902, and was an active worker in the Young People's Society and Sunday School. He is survived by his father, mother, four sisters and three brothers. The funeral was held from the Lutheran church Monday at two p.m., Rev. R. Kuehne officiating. Interment in Postville cemetery.
