Arthur F. Strutz, 73, died Friday, March 15, 2002, at his home in Rossville after a short illness. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, rural Waukon, Iowa. Schutte Funeral and Cremation Service of Postville, Iowa, is assisting the family.
