HAROLD ROTHS RITES SUNDAY, NOV. 25

Funeral services were held on Sunday, Nov. 25, at Zion Evangelical and Reformed church for Harold Roth, who died Thursday, Nov. 22, in Chicago, Ill., following a week's illness. The Reverend W. E. Odenbach was the officiating minister. Pallbearers were Urban and Neal Sanderman, Ralph Osterholtz, Tade Bechtel, Freemond Bechtel and Harry Marti.

Mr. Roth, who lived in Allamakee county most of his life, was born in Ludlow township Feb. 16, 1903, and was a son of Herman and Mary Osterholtz Roth. He was educated in the local schools and was employed as a carpenter for the past several years in Chicago.

Survivors are his mother, a sister, Mrs. William (Leona) Sherman, both of Waukon, two daughters, Mrs. James (Judith) Baxter, Winfield, Kansas, and Mrs. Thomas (Joan) Boland of Wauwatosa, Wis., and a son, Donald Roth. There are also two grandchildren.
