Mrs. Margaret Garin died at her home in Great Falls, Montana, Sunday Dec. 14, at 1:30 a.m. She was born in county Limerick, Ireland about 1833 & came to this country with an Uncle in early childhood after the death of her parents. She made her home with her uncle until about her 21st year when she was married Michael Garin in Ohio. Her maiden name being Traehy. To this union were born seven daughter, one dying in infancy, named Margaret & 4 sons namely: Mary E Duggan of Nebraska, Lizzie, Agnes Webster, Bert & Josephine in Utah & Pat of Wash. Jas of Nebraska, Michael of Paint Rock & John whose death occurred about 12 yrs ago. Her husband died some 25 years ago & in 1895 with her daughters she removed to Montana which since has been her home.

She was a strict adherent of the Catholic church & was fully fortified by its rites at her death. Her remains, in charge of her son Pat, arrived Tuesday of last week & were taken to the home of her son Michael, from which place burial was given Thursday from St. Joseph's church. Rev.
