Lansing, Ia. - Funeral services for Harris H. Styir, 19, will be held at Immaculate Conception Church here Monday morning at 9 o'clock with the Rev. J.H. Breitbach celebrating the requiem mass. Burial will be in Gethsemenae Cemetery. Mr. Styir died Thursday at the University Hospital at Iowa City where he had been a patient for seven weeks, suffering from lukemia. He had been given 11 blood transfusions in an effort to save his life.

He was a son of Mrs. Charles Parker and was born Jan. 3, 1921, at Waukon. The past eight years he lived at Lansing, coming here from Houston County, Minnesota. Surviving are his mother and step-father; three sisters, Mrs. Kenneth Feuerheim, Vivian, and Roslyn; two brothers, Arnold and Milton.
