The body of Mrs. Louise McMaster of Sioux Falls, S.D., arrived in Postville last Saturday night and was taken to the funeral parlor of Harris & Schutte where it was held until Monday, when the remains were taken to West Union, where funeral services were held and interment was made. Deceased was aged 51 years, five months and 21 days and the cause of her death was diabetes. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Julius Olson of Post township, and here grew to womanhood and was held in high esteem by all who knew her. She is survived by two sons and two daughters; also by two sisters, Mrs. Mary Huey and Mrs. Julia Hanson; and by two brothers, Ole Olson and Martin Olson, all of this city, who have the sympathy of all in their affliction.

WPA records show a Louise O. McMasters 1876-1927 buried in lot 4 of West Union cemetery in Fayette county.
