Death Of Mrs. Floyd Knuppe, April 29, 1966. Mrs. Floyd Knuppe, age 46, 655 Kane St., Dubuque, IA., passed away Friday at 1:15 p.m. at Xavier Hospital, Dubuque, after a long illness. Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 3 at Sacred Heart Church, Rev. Herbert L. Tegeler offering the Requiem High Mass and said the graveside prayers at Mount Calvary Cemetery where internment was made. Mrs. Knuppe was born Dorothy Lorrayne O'Donnell, daughter of James and Gertrude Deeny O'Donnell at Church, IA. on Nov. 26, 1919. She was married at Manitowoc, WI. to Floyd Knuppe and for the last 16 years they made their home in Dubuque. She was a member of the Rosary Society of Sacred Heart Church, the Women's Professional Firemen Auxiliary and the Archdiocesan Council of Catholic women. Left to mourn the untimely death of a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister are her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Don (Rosemarie) Puccio, Dubuque; two grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Harold (Leona) Troendle, Lansing; Mrs. Floyd (Rita) Pottratz, New Albin, and Mrs. Lester (Helen) Hanson, Manitowoc, WI. Casket bearers were: Tom, Lloyd and Robert Pottratz, Lyle and Ronald Hanson and Leo Garin.
