Nora B. Dawson was born in Allamakee Co., Iowa, March 11, 1879, and died at her home in Postville, Iowa, Wednesday, Oct. 10, 1906, aged 27 years and seven months.

She grew to womanhood in this vicinity and was graduated from Postville high school. In 1898 she was married to Alex Trudo and to them were born a son and a daughter, the little son preceding her in death.

The funeral was held from the M.E. church Thursday afternoon, Oct. 11th. Interment in Postville cemetery.
