Postville Review, 10 Mar. 1894.

ROSE- At his residence, northwest of Postville, on Monday, March 5th, 1894, of heart failure, Myron Rose, in the 83rd year of his age.

Mr. Rose was born in the fall of 1812, was married twice, his last wife being Miss Noble. He had five children by his first wife and three by his last. He had been suffering for twelve years from rheumatism. Funeral from tthe M.E. church on Tuesday afternoon, Rev. Smith officiating. Interment in the Postville cemetery.
