Fred Schara Passes On At Prairie du Sac, Wis.

Fred Schara, 75, passed away at his home in Prairie du Sac, Wis., last Wednesday and funeral services were held there Saturday afternoon. Those attending the services from here included: Elmer Meyer, Milo Meyer, Fred Schara, Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Meyer, Mr. and Mrs. John Sebastian and Shirley, Mr. and Mrs. Frank D. Sebastian, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Casten, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Letchford, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Sebastian and Mrs. E. J. Perry.

Mr. Schara is survived by his wife, the former Sophie Meyer of this city, and two daughters, Mrs. Emma Stillman and Mrs. Louise Buehler, all of Prairie du Sac. His son, Louis, passed away last November.

The Scharas were married and lived in Postville until about 27 years ago when they moved to Sauk City and later to Prairie du Sac. Wis.
