Funeral services were held Thursday for Mrs. Catherine Chaplin of Waukon Junction, who died Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Orlo Boardman.

She was born in Allamakee County June 23, 1867. Surviving are three sons and a daughter; Arthur and Sidney of Marquette, John of Harpers Ferry, and Mrs. Boardman.

The funeral was held in the afternoon from the Rossville Presbyterian Church, with burial in the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
