Funeral services for Ann J. Schenk, age 77, of Davenport, Iowa were held at the Wendt Funeral Home in Moline, Illinois. Burial was in the Rock River View Cemetery in Moline, Illinois.

The former Ann Beede, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Beede, was born February 4, 1913 in Waukon, Iowa. She married Erwin Schenk August 16, 1937 in Ames, Iowa. She was a graduate of Marycrest College in Davenport, Iowa. She was employed as a librarian for 14 years at Wilson Junior High School in Moline, Illinois. She was a member of the First Congregational Church, Royal Neighbors of America, King's Daughters, and Illinois Reading Service.

Ann died recently at the Mercy Hospital in Davenport, Iowa * July 1990 * She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Erwin; 3 sons, John Schenk and Michael "Mike" Schenk, both of Moline, Illinois and Robert Schenk of Rockford, Illinois; and 4 grandchildren.
