Born January 31, 1916 in Waukon, Iowa, Frances Malli was the daughter of Henry and Margaret (Cavanaugh) McCullough. She graduated from the Waukon Junior College and was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Waukon, Iowa. On October 20, 1941 she married Kenneth Malli at St. Patrick's Church in Waukon, Iowa.

Frances died Wednesday, July 22, 1998 at Northgate Care Center. She was 82 years old. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 27 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Ed Lechtenberg officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Arrangements were by Hanson Funeral Home in Waukon, Iowa. Casket bearers were Michael, Robert, Roger Malli, Gary Hart, Donald Hlubek and Paul Farley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Kenneth on November 8, 1987 and a daughter, Bonnie Malli.

She is survived by 1 daughter, Karen Jenkins of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, 1 son Robert Malli of Waukon, Iowa; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
