Jeanne (Mooney) Norton, age 59, died Sunday, February 8, 1987 in Atlanta, Georgia. Funeral services were held Wednesday February 11 at our Lady of Assumption Church with burial in Arlington Memorial Cemetery, Atlanta, Georgia.

She was the daughter of Harold and Helen Marie (Schwartzhoff) Mooney of Harpers Ferry, Iowa. *Her birthdate was not given in the obituary.* She married A.F. Norton of Minneapolis, Minnesota on May 28, 1949 at the Immaculate Conception Church at Wexford, Iowa in Allamakee County.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Mooney.

She is survived by her husband; 5 children: David Norton of Grand Junction, Colorado, Mrs. Richard (Michele) Carter of Robinson, Kansas, Mrs. Roger (Anne) Beck of Bellingham, Washington, Maura Norton of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Michael Norton of Atlanta, Georgia; 5 grandchildren; her mother Helen Moody of Harper Ferry, Iowa; 1 sister, Mrs. Dale (Ramona) Chapman of Galena, Illinois and 2 brothers, Thomas Mooney of Marion, Iowa and Maurice Mooney of Harpers Ferry, Iowa.
