Mrs. Judith Gilson, died at her home northeast of Postville, on Feb 4th, of old age. Deceased was born in 1815, in the state of Mass. In 1850 in company with her husband they moved to this county. She was the mother of seven children and had 49 grand children and 53 great grand children. The funeral was held from the Evergreen school house yesterday. Interment in the Cleveland cemetery.

The following persons were named as her Heirs at law in a newspaper notice concerning that application will be made at the next regular September Term of the District Court of Iowa, in and for Allamakee County, Iowa, at Waukon, on 3 Sept. 1906, for the approval of the Final Report and final discharge of the Executor of the Judith Gilson estate.

Mrs. Gillson died at her home on Yellow River Tuesday at the age of 88 years.
Note: correct surname spelling is Gilson.
